Description
All our rooms are fully furnished, individually/distinctively designed and decorated to suit different kinds
of guests/clients. We have a total of 10 rooms with a capacity of 24. Most rooms are handicap-friendly
(ramps and spaciousness).
Sleeps two guests.

Age Limit
- No age limit
- Cancellation
- Up to 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of rooms / conference facilities / catering arrangements reserved / delegate attendance may be cancelled with no cost.
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rooms / conference facilities / catering arrangements reserved / delegate attendance may be cancelled with no cost.
- Up to 7 days prior to arrival, 10% of rooms / conference facilities / catering arrangements reserved / delegate attendance may be cancelled with no cost.
- 7 days to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee will apply on rooms / delegate attendance/ conference facilities / catering arrangements reserved.
- Smoking
There are designated smoking areas with smoking signs
- Payments
We accept bookings without credit card details
- Same-day early bookers: Guests who book between 09:00 and 16:00 and arrive on the same day, when I have at least 3 rooms available.
- Same-day late bookers: Guests who book between 16:00 and 00:00 and arrive on the same day, when I have at least 3 rooms available.
- Short-notice bookers: Guests arriving 1 day after making a booking,when I have at least 3 rooms available.
- Domestic bookers: Select guests from within my country with no overlapping reservations booking any cancellation policy.
Breakages & Losses

Damage to goods within guest rooms and henceforth, amount payable is at discretion of
management.
